Upon waking, pre or post-workout consume mineral tonic.
Salt - After a week or more of use increase Sun Fire Salt as desired up to 1/2 tsp for excellent hydration.
MSM - After a week or more of use increase MSM as desired up to 1-3 tsp once or more daily. For advanced athletes and users desiring maximum regeneration proceed slowly above 1 Tbl. May also be added to food.
Radiant C - Vitamin C is a water soluble nutrient and should be taken daily as it gets removed through natural processes. During winter, kicking caffeine habits or during periods of decreased well being Radiant C can be taken up to 1Tbl. several times daily.
Pure Water / Glass - Ideally enjoy natural spring water (Ozarka is good) stored in a glass bottle to minimize leaching from pipes and plastic storage containers.
